We specialise in component-level repair of electronic and medical equipment, and in insurance assessments. Our team of engineers brings over 30 years of combined technical experience, serving insurers, businesses and individuals alike.

Our vision is to be an innovative and trusted partner in electronic repairs and insurance assessments — setting the standard for technical excellence, integrity and service delivery.

Our mission is to deliver expert, component-level electronic repairs and thorough insurance assessments with accuracy, efficiency and transparency — minimising downtime, reducing costs, and extending the lifespan of electronic and medical equipment across South Africa.

Trusted by South Africa's leading insurers

Findings you can put straight into a claim file.

We work claim-by-claim with insurers, loss adjusters and assessors — logging every item against your claim or job reference, testing it on the bench to component level, and writing up a clear, defensible cause of failure with supporting photos.

Reports are built to support a claims decision: what failed, why, and whether it's economical to repair. We liaise directly with your assessor or claims handler, not just the policyholder, so nothing gets lost in translation.
